Dr. Hillary Emoh is the Founder and Principal Partner of the Leaders Without Borders Development Centre, an international recognized based organization focused on improving leadership and entrepreneur skills while creating an environment for trade and investment opportunity.

WHAF as it is usually called also helps in providing some basice housining amenities required to sustain a healthy, safe and secure environment. WHAF core values are dedicated to achieveing the set-goal for urban development focused on the SDG which calls to make cities and human setllements inclusive, safe and resilient and sustainable.
He is also the Co-Founder of the Global Network for Community Upliftment, an NGO committed to encouraging entrepreneurship development, youth empowerment schemes, programs that help to support start-ups, small business owners.
He also served as a consultant for Speak Out Foundation, USA.
Dr. Emoh’s has been instrumental to the successful hosting of several Global Investments Summit/Conferences held all over the World with an interest in drawing in investors to Africa.
In the last 18 years, Dr. Emoh as partner with several international bodies and companies to organize and facilitate Leadership/Investment
